You will have the opportunity to live and study in our three European study hub locations for 3-4 weeks per semester. The study hub locations are in Prague in the Czech Republic, Budapest, Hungary, concluding in Lisbon, Portugal.

Czech Republic, Hungary and Portugal

The Global Grad semester in Europe is available from January 2020. From this date forward you can choose to join us in either January or September, the semester will be approximately 15 weeks.

Our European semester is typically made up of the following itinerary:

  • You start with 3 nights in Amsterdam to get to know the group and then travel to Berlin for another 3 nights before making your way to Prague, your first study hub location. You will spend 4 weeks living and studying in this vibrant city.
  • Next stop is Munich for the Oktoberfest (September semester) where you will spend a couple of nights enjoying the beer and atmosphere.
  • Austrian culture and architecture is the next stop with 3 nights in Vienna before travelling to Krakow in Poland to visit Auschwitz.
  • Our second study hub location is Budapest where you will spend the next 4 weeks mixing with digital nomads and studying in the vibrant Impact Hub.
  • Time for a study break and your next stop is the Croatian city of Split where you can enjoy some Island hopping for a few days before the tour moves on to the Italian cities of Venice, Rome and Florence.
  • The final leg of this road trip takes you through France via Nice to Barcelona and Madrid before arriving at the third and final study hub location of Lisbon.
  • Four weeks in Lisbon’s warm climate wraps up this amazing semester which will have taken you to 11 countries making connections which will stay with you forever.

(Price excludes online course fees, return flights, insurance, extra activities and experiences, meals and general living costs.)

We recommend that students take approximately £1500 to ensure general living costs can be safely covered for the full-semester.

Your Location Managers will provide you with our own personalised location guides with information collated from our past semesters as well as our own personal exploration.

In each new country, we organise ‘survival’ language courses, so you can make yourself understood when it matters.
